Ideal candidates have scheduling experience, strong interpersonal and phone skills, and a focus on confidentiality. This role emphasizes multitasking, organization, and timely data entry to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Scheduling experience preferred.
• National background check required.
• Home care and administrative experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under time pressure.
• Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers with clients and coordinate with all parties.
• Maintain client and caregiver records in scheduling software.
• Respond to schedule inquiries.
• Confirm caregiver availability, including vacations, sick time, and holidays.
• Document caregiver skills and attributes for better client matching.
• Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain scheduling process.
• Update office team on scheduling issues and HR recruitment needs.
• Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees and clients.
