Addus HomeCare in West Plains, MO is seeking a supervisor to schedule and oversee in-home care workers and clients within a geographic area. The role supports delivering safe, consistent home-based care; supervisory and scheduling experience is preferred.

Full-time, in-office Monday–Friday 8am-5pm. Candidates should have high school diploma, 1 year industry experience, 2 years scheduling experience, and strong communication skills; reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of industry experience required.
• 2 years of office and scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff schedules; adjust as client needs arise.
• Provide alternate coverage to follow care plans.
• Contact caregivers and clients for service updates.
• Conduct monthly wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Supervise employees and enforce attendance and conduct policies.
• Maintain professional branch appearance and ensure confidentiality.
