Job summary

Addus is seeking a scheduling supervisor to coordinate in-home care workers and clients within the designated service area. You will oversee daily scheduling, ensure seamless service delivery, and support client care plans established during intake.

This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, 6 months of industry experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and scheduling software. Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of Industry experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee scheduling per client care plans.
• Oversee weekly payroll processing for caregivers.
• Compile and deliver weekly operation reports.
• Adapt schedules to client needs and staff availability.
• Provide leadership and ensure policy adherence.
