Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 6 months in the industry, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of Industry experience required.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and scheduling program.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee scheduling within client care plans.
• Oversee payroll processing for caregivers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and deliver weekly reports to support operations.
• Provide leadership and supervision to service staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Adapt schedules in response to client needs and staff availability.
