Addus HomeCare, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to oversee in-home care workers and clients in the West Plains area. The role includes creating schedules, coordinating coverage, and ensuring care plans are followed, with a focus on reliable communication and confidentiality.

Full-time in-office schedule (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) in West Plains, MO. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, daily pay, and opportunities for continued education and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of industry experience required.
• 2 years of office and scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules for in-home care workers and clients.
• Provide alternate coverage to ensure care plans are followed.
• Contact care providers and clients for service updates.
• Conduct monthly wellness calls and home visits as needed.
• Escalate and follow through on client complaints and theft claims.
• Supervise direct care staff and enforce company policies.
• Maintain professional appearance of the branch and confidentiality.
