Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and adjusts for client needs.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure care plans are followed and services are not interrupted.
• Contacts care providers and clients to provide service updates.
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Supervises direct service employees and enforces attendance and conduct per policy.
• Maintains professional, confidential branch environment and orderly workflow.
• Follows all regulations and company policies.
