Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to manage in-home care workers and clients across a geographic area. You will ensure care plans are followed and coordinate staff to meet client needs, driving the scheduling process for timely care.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of industry experience with strong interpersonal and organizational skills and reliable transportation to support field operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industry experience required.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and drives the field recruiting and hiring process.
• Oversee the new hire process for all new employees and ensure all documentation is completed timely and accurately.
• On-board and train new branch Administrative employees.
• Schedules employees as directed by client's care plan.
• Processes patient authorizations and communicates with central admissions, enter reauthorizations into client records.
