Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in home care or scheduling preferred.
• Minimum of one year in staffing/logistics position preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manages workload based on goals, initiative, and prioritization.
• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients.
• Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to scheduling conflicts, emergencies and call-outs.
• Communicate caregiver changes and updates to schedules with client/family.
• Track and record scheduling changes in company software.
• Coordinate shift back-fill in case of tardiness or absences.
• Act as point of contact with client family regarding schedules.
