The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM with rotating on-call shifts and an after-hours stipend.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and maintain the daily client and caregiver schedule.
• Coordinate caregiver assignments based on client needs, employee availability, location, and qualifications.
• Respond quickly to caregiver call-outs, late arrivals, and other last-minute schedule changes.
• Fill open shifts and maintain continuity of care for clients.
• Answer incoming calls and triage client, caregiver, and office needs.
• Maintain scheduling documentation in the agency's software system.
• Enter and track employee time-off requests.
• Distribute schedules as needed.
• Track caregiver credentials and required documentation.
• Track education and training requirements.
• Complete filing, data entry, scanning, and other admin tasks.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office team.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Participate in rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule with stipend.
