Cheer Home Care, LLC is hiring a Scheduler to join our office team. You will match clients with the right caregiver, collaborate with recruiting, and prioritize safety and quality of care for both clients and staff.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you schedule staffing, monitor coverage, and resolve issues to maintain high standards. The role includes weekend coverage and on-call duties every 3rd or 4th week, with a flexible approach based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Upbeat personality
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, caregivers and Cheer team members
• Strong computer skills
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• 2+ years of Home Care Experience Preferred
• 2+ years of Scheduling Experience Preferred
• Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
• Ability to secure proof of negative TB results

Responsibilities

• Match clients with the perfect caregiver, in collaboration with recruiting
• Prioritize care and safety for clients and caregivers
• Schedule staff to meet client requirements and monitor coverage
• Resolve scheduling issues quickly and professionally
• Uphold care standards and maintain communication with families, caregivers and Cheer managers
• Promote a positive and safe environment for clients and staff
• Collaborate with office team and contribute to problem-solving
