Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate and adjust caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage.
• Respond to last-minute call-outs, shift changes, and emergency coverage.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly with caregivers, clients, and families.
• Anticipate staffing gaps and problem-solve coverage proactively.
• Maintain accurate, real-time updates in scheduling software.
• Carry and respond to the rotating on-call phone as assigned.
• Work closely with leadership to support daily operations and scheduling efficiency.
