MSA Home Health, a proud member of the Medical Services of America, Inc. family, seeks a Full-Time Scheduler for our Jacksonville, FL location. This role ensures timely scheduling of admissions, initial evaluations, and home health aide visits, coordinating with the Clinical Manager and staff to cover visits as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous home health scheduling experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedules admissions, initial evaluations and home health aide visits.
• Receives notification via tasks for patients to be scheduled.
• Reviews patient visit frequency to determine disciplines needed.
• Reviews staff scheduling to assess staff availability.
• Schedules first visit for licensed staff.
• Consults with Clinical Manager to locate staff to cover visits.
• Updates assignment screen based on scheduling.
• Contacts staff to notify of required same-day visits.
• Ensures home health aide visits are scheduled for full visit frequency.
