Job summary

Elite Home Care is seeking a weekend Scheduler to manage client schedules across multiple offices on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 7 pm. This in-office role requires strong communication and customer service skills and comfort learning new computer applications.

The Scheduler will monitor clock-ins, ensure caregivers are present for shifts, answer calls from caregivers and clients, and arrange replacements when caregivers are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience with scheduling and healthcare.
• Experience in clinically working with other adults in either acute or residential/long term care settings.
• Experience in clinically working with older adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule for all clients for multiple offices on weekends.
• Monitor clock-ins and ensure caregivers are present at their shift.
• Answer calls from caregivers and clients and assist with their needs.
• Manage caregiver call outs by finding replacement caregivers when a call out occurs.
