Job summary

Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to manage scheduling, payroll, and client-caregiver coordination. You will interface with caregiver staff, ensure proper referrals, and support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.

The role emphasizes maintaining a high-quality client experience with professional communication and strong organization. On-call availability outside regular hours is required, and prior home care or medical office exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
• Prior experience in home care industry or medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, effectively multitasking in a high-functioning office environment.
• Interface with caregiver staff to ensure proper caregiver and client match, ensuring accurate and detailed referrals.
• Perform various supervisory activities, including scheduling, timecard processing, and payroll responsibilities.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and personnel management.
• Monitor and maintain a high-quality client experience.
• Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate client and caregiver needs.
