Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah in Orlando, FL is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to maintain client and caregiver relationships and ensure a best-in-home-care experience. Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
• Able to pass a cleared eligible background screening.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains quality assurance for clients and their families seeking home care.
• Has a strong customer service relationship and handles intakes as well as assessments.
• Interfacing with caregiver staff to ensure proper caregiver-client match and proper handling of referrals.
• Performs other office coordination duties.
• Assist with care coordination and client satisfaction.
• Maintains a positive demeanor and can multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
