Job summary

Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking a Scheduler to manage client-caregiver matches and support payroll in a fast-paced office. This in-office role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills to ensure a smooth daily operation.

The ideal candidate has prior homecare or medical office scheduling experience, is able to work independently, and can be on-call outside standard hours. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• On-call availability outside normal office hours.
• Previous medical office or homecare experience/CNA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interface with caregiver staff to ensure accurate client referrals.
• Schedule caregivers to clients and assist with payroll when needed.
• Monitor cloud-based telephony system and payroll duties as required.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and multitask in a fast-paced office.
• Knowledge of WellSky Personal Care is a plus; healthcare/homecare experience desirable.
