Right at Home Columbia is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to oversee scheduling, payroll, onboarding, and staff coordination. You will interface with caregivers and clients to ensure accurate referrals and successful placements in a fast-paced home care office environment.

The role emphasizes on-call availability, professional communication, and maintaining high-quality client experiences while supporting recruitment and staff development in a local office setting.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Able to work independently with sound judgment.
• Available for on-call duty outside normal hours.
• Prior home care or medical office experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a busy office.
• Interface with caregiver staff to ensure proper client-caregiver matches.
• Schedule, process timecards, and handle payroll responsibilities.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and personnel management.
