Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator to manage end-to-end hiring processes and ensure complete, compliant documentation for new hires. The role involves posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and handling onboarding paperwork including I-9 and W-4 forms.

The position emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, background checks, credential verification, and maintaining secure personnel files in a regulated home-care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, human resources, healthcare administration, compliance, or a similar paperwork-heavy role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume of paperwork accurately.
• Experience handling employment documents, background checks, credentials, and compliance records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings, review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and document results.
• Coordinate onboarding from candidate selection through clearance and start date.
• Prepare and maintain new-hire paperwork including I-9, W-4, and other documents.
• Maintain complete, accurate personnel files and protect confidential information.
• Track missing documentation and follow up with candidates and employees.
