Qualifications

• Prior experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or scheduling coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure client coverage.
• Match clients with caregivers based on needs and availability.
• Respond promptly to scheduling changes and last-minute requests.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records using home care software.
• Communicate with care coordinators to align staffing with care plans.
• Monitor caregiver availability and scheduling policy compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation, including two evenings weekly and every other weekend.
