Job summary

Right at Home West LA in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Home Care Scheduler / Client Care Coordinator to join our on-site team. The role focuses on scheduling caregivers, managing client care plans, and ensuring high-quality service using WellSky software.

You will coordinate client assessments, support HR with onboarding, and act as a liaison with families. The position requires 6+ months of scheduling experience in home care, strong office skills, and a valid driver’s license; full-time,

Qualifications

• 6+ months of staff scheduling experience within a Home Care Organization or LTC facility.
• 1+ years of office/customer service experience; 6+ months caregiving (CNA preferred).
• Experience with WellSky or similar scheduling software; MS Office proficiency.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, ability to lift 50 lbs, TB test and CPR (or willing to obtain within 1 week).
• CA Department of Social Services Home Care Aide licensing can be obtained post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers to match client needs in WellSky and update client data.
• Conduct intake assessments and update care plans for accuracy.
• Support HR with onboarding and caregiver coaching.
• Coordinate communications with families to monitor satisfaction.
• Verify caregiver clock-ins for accurate payroll and billing.
• Assist with recruitment and orientation; maintain personnel files.
• Provide backup coverage during staffing shortages.
