Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a Full-Time Client & Care Team Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules, clients, and leadership. You will ensure coverage is consistent, schedules are accurate, and communication remains clear throughout the day.

You will be part of a structured team with established systems, training, and leadership support, helping the agency run smoothly in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of scheduling and customer service experience required.
• Comfortable with computers and basic Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Experience with WellSky is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• CNA not required but definitely great to have in this field!

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules using established systems
• Communicate daily with caregivers and clients about coverage and updates
• Follow clear scheduling guidelines to ensure all cases are properly covered
• Partner with leadership on schedule changes or when escalation is needed
• Keep documentation accurate, organized, and up to date
• Monitor changes and proactively keep the team informed
