Job summary

Family First At Home is hiring a Home Care Scheduler/Caregiver Manager in the University Place area. This in-office role oversees scheduling, support, and caregiver development, aligning caregivers with clients and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

You’ll partner with the Client Success Manager to mentor staff, maintain scheduling accuracy, and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare care coordination or related role.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Certified nursing assistant/home care aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers to ensure client needs and skills match for satisfaction.
• Communicate scheduling updates with Client Success Manager and families.
• Monitor staffing stats to increase client hours and reduce overtime.
• Ensure pay rates, codes, and shifts are accurate in systems.
• Provide coaching during supervisory visits and caregiver training.
