Job summary

Girling Personal Care, a member of the Addus Family of Companies, is seeking a supervisor to schedule and manage in-home care workers and clients across a defined geographic area. The role emphasizes ensuring safe, high-quality home care and requires 6 months of industry experience.

You will coordinate schedules, oversee payroll processing for caregivers, and generate weekly reports to support operations, while leading staff and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of industry experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and scheduling software.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise employee scheduling to align with client care plans.
• Oversee weekly payroll processing for caregivers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Compile and analyze weekly operation reports for decision-making.
• Adapt work schedules to client needs and staffing availability.
• Provide leadership and set clear expectations for staff conduct.
