Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Caregiver Manager to lead and support a team of caregivers in Silverdale, WA. You will train, develop and supervise caregivers to deliver high-quality in-home care that enhances clients’ independence and quality of life.

The role emphasizes coordinating with Talent Acquisition, conducting orientations, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining strong communication with staff and clients. A valid driver’s license and references are required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
• At least 1 year of healthcare or senior care management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to discuss client needs and market insights.
• Engage new caregivers and prepare them for orientation.
• Clarify orientation requirements with Talent Acquisition for new hires.
• Conduct weekly orientation sessions for incoming caregivers.
• Partner with Staffing to provide client and caregiver requirements insights.
• Facilitate client introductions by accompanying caregivers on their first shift.
• Deliver ongoing training through sessions, labs and soft skills development.
• Ensure compliance by working with Compliance and addressing caregiver needs.
• Serve as contact point for caregiver inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct performance evaluations to support caregiver development.
• Assist HR with progressive discipline as necessary.
• Maintain logs of caregiver communications and requests.
• Participate in company meetings and trainings.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory guidelines.
