All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an Entry Level Homecare Recruiter (HRRC) to support the local Sun City, AZ branch. The role covers recruitment, screening, hiring, and onboarding, with a focus on building relationships and compliant processes in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage job fairs, candidate outreach on social media, and coordination of trainings while maintaining confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Compassion for others.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events, building partnerships in the community.
• Ensures HR compliance with policies and state/federal laws.
• Enhances candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
• Diversifies candidate outreach on social media and job platforms.
• Collaborates with regional talent acquisition and HR teams on staffing needs.
• Uses iCIMS for applicant tracking and data entry in payroll/schedule systems.
• Coordinates trainings and audits employee files.
