Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking an experienced Home Care Operations Manager to lead daily non-medical home-care services regionally. You will balance compassion with accountability, oversee scheduling, caregiver performance, client services and care-plan implementation, while ensuring compliance and high-quality outcomes.

The role combines remote administrative work with in-person field responsibilities, requiring in-person visits to clients and caregivers and readiness to respond to urgent

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Have at least two years of supervisory or management experience in home-care or related operations.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience supervising employees and managing schedules and urgent staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned daily home-care operations and monitor task completion.
• Provide direction to schedulers, caregivers and administrative staff.
• Review open shifts, staffing coverage and client needs.
• Coordinate care-plan updates and ensure caregiver instructions are followed.
• Lead supervisory visits, client check-ins and incident responses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation and quality standards.
