Touching Hearts at Home in the Greater Charlotte Area seeks a leadership-minded professional for a non-traditional operations role focused on coordinating caregivers, scheduling, and ensuring exceptional client care.

This full-time position offers a leadership track to Operations Manager, mentorship from the owner, and opportunities to build processes, improve efficiency, and grow with a growing home care agency.

Qualificações

• Experience in home care operations, caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination, healthcare administration, and/or office management.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Professional, confident, and compassionate communicator.
• Ownership mentality with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate caregiver schedules, shift coverage, and last-minute staffing changes with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as one of the first points of contact for clients, families, caregivers, hospitals, and referral partners.
• Support new client inquiries and create a compassionate, professional first impression.
• Keep daily operations running smoothly through documentation, communication, follow-up, and administrative coordination.
• Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues before they affect client care.
• Build strong relationships with caregivers while promoting accountability and exceptional service.
• Participate in a rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule as part of the leadership team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen agency operations.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the agency.
