Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Illinois is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions, including recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office staff, to meet budgeted census.

You will manage payroll and billing, ensure compliance, drive census and revenue growth, provide guidance to staff, conduct trainings and present weekly progress to the Agency Director and Regional Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of health care experience; home care/home health/private duty preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch daily operations and administrative functions.
• Assist in census and revenue growth by effective service delivery of care plans.
• Recruit, orient, train and retain branch and office support staff.
• Guide branch and administrative staff on workers' comp and unemployment claims.
• Facilitate team meetings and evaluate staff performance annually.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and conduct community outreach.
