• Experience with compliance/audits.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS; skilled with Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch daily operations and administrative functions.
• Recruit, orient, train and retain branch and office support staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and contractual requirements.
• Drive census and revenue growth through effective service delivery.
• Provide guidance on workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
• Lead team meetings and staff evaluations; arrange additional training.
• Maintain referral sources and participate in outreach/recruitment events.
• Ensure services are delivered as authorized and report progress to leadership.
• Manage payroll and billing processes as needed.
