Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in health care; some home care/home health/private duty experience preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive census/revenue growth and develop business.
• Experience conducting trainings/meetings with staff.
• Must have experience with compliance/audits.
• Computer proficiency – MS Office; HRIS; Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administrative functions of the branch.
• Assist census and revenue growth through effective service delivery of care plans.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office staff.
• Provide direction to staff to ensure workers' comp and unemployment claims are reported and handled properly.
• Facilitate team meetings and conduct trainings.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide training/counseling as needed.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and conduct community outreach and recruitment events.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure services are delivered as authorized.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to Agency Director and Regional Director.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ concerns and grievances.
• Process payroll and billing as needed.
