Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in health care; some experience in home care, home health, or private duty preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with compliance/audits is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and administrative functions.
• Assist census and revenue growth through service delivery of care plans.
• Recruit, orient, train and retain branch and office staff.
• Provide guidance on workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
• Facilitate team meetings as needed.
• Evaluate administrative staff skills and provide training/counseling.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and attend recruitment events.
• Develops and executes processes to ensure clients receive services as authorized.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ concerns and grievances.
• Process payroll and billing as needed.
