Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years health care experience; home care or private duty preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience driving census and revenue growth.
• Experience with compliance and audits.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel to service area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and administrative functions.
• Recruit, orient, train and retain branch and office staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and contractual requirements.
• Drive census and revenue growth through service delivery.
• Coordinate payroll and billing as needed.
• Develop and present weekly/monthly progress reports to leadership.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and conduct outreach.
