Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administrative functions for the branch.
• Recruit, orient, train and retain branch and office staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and contractual requirements.
• Drive census and revenue growth through effective service delivery.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for leadership.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate payroll and billing.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and community outreach.
• Travel to the branch’s service area as needed.
