Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years experience in health care; some home care/health/private duty preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive census/revenue growth and develop business.
• Experience conducting training sessions or meetings with staff.
• Must have experience with compliance/audits.
• MS Office and HRIS proficiency; Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills required.
• Experience with financials is a plus but not required.
• Experience managing/increasing census.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel to service area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations and administrative functions.
• Recruit, orient, train and retain branch and office support staff.
• Ensure branch compliance with company and contractual requirements.
• Assist in census and revenue growth through service delivery of care plans.
• Provide direction to staff for workers' comp and unemployment claims.
• Facilitate team meetings and annual staff skill evaluations.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and conduct outreach.
• Develop processes to ensure clients receive services as authorized.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to leadership.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and grievances.
• Process payroll and billing as needed.
