Girling Personal Care in Texas seeks an Office Coordinator to manage administrative and operational tasks, maintain branch communications, and ensure accurate file maintenance. Hours are 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday. The role offers Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits, 401K, monthly bonus, PTO, and more. You will coordinate phones, emails, client care, and recruiting efforts while ensuring compliance and timely reporting. This is a full-time position in Waco.
Qualifications
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of health care experience in an office; home care, home health or hospice.
Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Must adapt well to changing priorities.
Must be comfortable with recruiting in the community weekly.
Must have reliable transportation (DL, Insurance and Vehicle).
Responsibilities
Manage the Branch Phones: take, make, and follow up with calls and document them in case notes.
Manage Emails/Teams Communications and respond promptly.
Provide Client Care by covering a critical client when an aide is unavailable.
Complete Missed Visits in real time and document appropriately.
Complete Client Complaint Log with all details.
Recruiting: manage candidate flow in ClearCompany and follow 3-2-1 process.
Interview candidates and communicate next steps (reference checks, background checks, etc.).
Orientations: schedule and complete compliant orientations.
Hire/Start to meet monthly goals.
Establish and maintain compliant employee files.
Boots on the Ground Recruiting in communities weekly.
Schedule and attend Employment Job Fairs.
Conduct post-employment follow-up calls with new employees.
