Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions, including recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch staff.

You will lead business development to expand client base and revenue, manage budgets and ensure compliance with regulations. This full-time role requires health care leadership experience and a track record in census growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of health care experience required.
• 1 year of health care leadership experience required.
• Ability to drive census and revenue growth and sales.
• P&L experience and ability to develop/manage an agency budget.
• Strong communication, teambuilding and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership and oversight to ensure branch operates in compliance with company and contractual requirements.
• Develop and implement branch objectives, strategies and initiatives for census/revenue growth and business development.
• Maintain relationships with state/county referral agencies to promote programs and expand client base; participate in industry organizations.
• Oversee recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office staff.
• Ensure workers compensation and unemployment claims are reported and handled properly.
• Facilitate daily or as-needed team meetings.
• Meet/exceed monthly budgeted hours by managing QA reports.
• Evaluate staff skills annually and provide training/counseling as needed.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and conduct community outreach/recruitment events.
• Ensure clients receive services as authorized and report progress to Agency Director.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and grievances.
• Process payroll and billing as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
