Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Greenville, SC seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations and drive growth. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of branch staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include developing referral relationships, managing budgets, reporting to the Agency Director, and directing sales and marketing efforts to increase client census and revenue. A healthcare leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Health Care experience required.
• 1 year of health care leadership experience required.
• Must have demonstrated ability to drive census/revenue growth and sales/develop business.
• Must have P&L experience and the ability to develop and manage an agency budget.
• Must have strong communication, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and administrative functions of the branch.
• Recruit, orient, train and retain branch and office staff.
• Develop and execute branch objectives, strategies and initiatives for client census/revenue growth.
• Oversee payroll and billing; ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and participate in community outreach.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to the Agency Director.
• Meet and exceed monthly budgeted hours for the branch and manage QA metrics.
• Lead team meetings and provide guidance for staff development.
