Addus HomeCare is seeking a Branch Manager in Greenville, SC to lead daily operations and administrative functions for the local office. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and driving client census and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with state and county referral sources, oversee staff development, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and company policies. A strong leadership and healthcare background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years health care experience required
• 1 year health care leadership experience required
• Demonstrated ability to drive census/revenue growth and sales

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to ensure branch compliance with company and contractual requirements
• Develop and implement objectives and initiatives for client census and revenue growth
• Build relationships with referral agencies to expand client base and participate in industry organizations
• Oversee recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office staff
• Ensure payroll and billing processes are handled accurately and on time
• Meet and exceed monthly budgeted hours by managing quality assurance reports
• Present weekly/monthly progress reports to Agency Director
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure regulatory compliance
