Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch staff. You will lead business development to expand client census and revenue, while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 3+ years of health care experience and 1+ year in health care leadership, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Health Care experience required.
• 1+ year of health care leadership experience required.
• Must have demonstrated ability to drive census/revenue growth and sales/develop business.
• Must have P&L experience and the ability to develop and manage an agency budget.
• Must have strong communication, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership and oversight to ensure the branch is operating in compliance with all company and contractual requirements.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the branch’s objectives, strategies and initiatives for client census/revenue growth and business development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with state and county referral agencies to promote the branch’s programs and services, and expand its client base.
• Oversee the recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office support staff.
• Provide direction and guidance to staff to ensure workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims are reported and handled appropriately.
• Meet and exceed the monthly budgeted authorized hours for the branch by managing the Instant Quality Assurance Report.
