SYNERGY HomeCare in Peoria, IL seeks a Marketer to drive growth through outside sales and strategic partnerships with referral sources. You will build relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and home care networks, and execute plans to generate high-value clients for home care services.

The role requires daily face-to-face visits, ability to plan events, and a track record of converting prospects into loyal clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales in home care, healthcare or senior services preferred.
• Strong ethics and accountability in daily work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM processes and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet business goals.
• Establish relationships with referral sources such as hospitals and facilities.
• Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources.
• Plan community marketing events to raise company visibility.
• Coordinate with national partners for home assessments and leads.
