SYNERGY HomeCare of West Des Moines is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to drive growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities with healthcare facilities, physicians, and referral sources. You will partner with the care team to tailor strategies and promote home care services.

The role requires strong sales experience in healthcare, excellent communication, and the ability to travel to client meetings while meeting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other referral sources.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our home care services.
• Identify and address the needs of our clients, providing solutions to meet their needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care for our clients.
• Participate in sales training and coaching to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
