Job summary

Live Long Well Care, LLC - In-Home Care is seeking an experienced Home Care Manager in Bridgewater, NJ. You will oversee the local branch, provide some direct care, and drive marketing and outreach to hospitals, physician offices, rehabs, and senior groups to grow partnerships.

The role is in a private pay home care setting with base salary plus monthly commission/incentive. On-call and weekend shifts may be required in this 24/7 operation; ideal candidate has home care or senior care management

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication required.
• Experience in home care or senior care management preferred.
• Willingness to travel for marketing and outreach within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Manage Bridgewater, NJ location and grow client base.
• Provide direct client care as needed while overseeing care delivery.
• Lead marketing and outreach to hospitals, physician offices, rehab clinics, and senior organizations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports and ensure quality care.
• Coordinate on-call coverage and weekend duties as needed.
