WelbeHealth is seeking a Senior Manager, Home Services RN in Newark, NJ. The role leads Home Care and Home Health operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care aligned with individualized plans and IDT recommendations.

It requires an active New Jersey RN license and a BSN preferred, with significant supervisory and management experience. Compensation includes base pay plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, sick days, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing in last 5 years in clinical care.
• Minimum 4 years managing home health/Home Care operations.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Home Care and Home Health services.
• Ensure care is safe, effective, and aligned with care plans and physician orders.
• Provide clinical and operational guidance to staff and coordinators.
• Participate in IDT meetings and care conferences; oversee documentation.
• Review and generate home health orders to support the plan of care.
