Job summary

Home Watch Caregivers of Bridgewater seeks a Supervisory Nurse to lead field assessments, develop client care plans and supervise caregivers in NJ. You will ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care across cases, and report to the Director of Nursing.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license, BSN preferred, with at least one year of RN experience in home care. You must have strong assessment, organizational skills, a valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Current NJ RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Minimum one year of professional RN experience; home care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Initial client evaluations and care plan development.
• Executes 30/60 day supervisory field visits in accordance with NJ Board of Nursing regulations.
• Supervises caregivers in home activity in accordance with NJ Board of Nursing regulations.
• Conducts re-assessments and updates care plans as needed.
• Provides triage and on-call support for assigned clients when needed.
• Supports caregiver training.
• Attends client review meetings.
• Reports to the Director of Nursing.
