Job summary

Live Long Well Care, Llc seeks an experienced Home Care Manager for the Bridgewater, NJ location. This role combines direct patient care with management and marketing responsibilities to expand client base and partnerships.

The ideal candidate has home care or senior care management experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in growth and compliance within a 24/7 private duty setting.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
• Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
• Previous management experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Bridgewater, NJ location with a focus on client growth and team oversight.
• Provide some hands-on care while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Lead marketing and outreach to prospects, hospitals, physician offices, and community partners.
• Coordinate with staff and handle on-call coverage and weekend scheduling as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reports.
