Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead and optimize operations across Georgia, ensuring high-quality client care and adherence to strategic plans and policies.

The role drives financial performance and customer satisfaction, partnering with the Leadership Team and government/provider entities. Travel of 25-50% is expected to support site operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Business or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience managing operations, systems, processes, and people in a healthcare or service-focused environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports.
• Outstanding organization and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills.
• Experience in home care or related healthcare field strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operations under supervision to maximize revenue and client care and satisfaction.
• Analyze Operations and Branch Staff for alignment with company vision, mission, and values.
• Develop annual budgets and operational plans.
• Provide leadership support and tools to operations to meet established goals.
• Builds business and increases client census to meet/exceed goals and expand services.
• Coordinate training for staff on systems, policies, procedures, and best practices.
