Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an Executive Director to lead and optimize all company operations across multiple Georgia locations. You will implement policies, strategic plans, and quality initiatives while driving financial performance through superior service delivery and client outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and experience in home care or healthcare. Occasional travel is expected to support operations and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in human services, business, or related field; MS preferred.
• Progressive operations, systems, processes, and people management experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and public speaking skills.
• Home care or healthcare experience is preferred; leadership path.
• Proficient with computers and standard office technology; regulatory knowledge.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize all company operations under supervision.
• Implement policies, strategic plan, and quality initiatives.
• Drive financial performance through service delivery and outcomes.
• Provide leadership support to operations to meet goals.
• Coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams.
• Develop recruitment and retention plans for service sites.
• Partner with government and provider associations as needed.
• Review performance and assist with corrective actions.
• Support corporate strategy and expansion efforts.
