Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks an Executive Director to lead multiple Georgia operations, drive revenue, ensure top-quality client care, and align with policy and strategic plans. This role liaises with executives and government entities while directing performance and staff development.

The Executive Director will oversee budgets, compliance with regulations, and growth across locations, traveling as needed to supervise branches and optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years or more of progressively responsible experience managing operations, systems, processes, and people in a healthcare or service-focused environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports.
• Outstanding organization and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills.
• Experience in home care or related healthcare field strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in technology and all Microsoft Office solutions.
• Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations of the business (area) they are responsible for.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Proficiency with computers and modern office technology to support efficient operations and communication.
• Ability to travel 25–50% or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Reviews Operation's performance/support needs with Executive Management.
• Analyzes Operations and Branch Staff for alignment with BrightSpring's vision, mission, and values.
• Responsible for leading all operations under supervision to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring high client care and employee satisfaction.
• Responsible for evaluating and implementing corrective action plans to improve financial performance.
• Participates in developing annual budgets and operational plans.
• Provides leadership support and tools to meet established goals.
• Builds business and increases client census to meet/exceed goals.
• Reviews Sales Plans and consult with Corporate Sales Team for implementation.
• Responsible for evaluating potential growth opportunities through expanding services.
• Coordinates training for staff on systems, policies, procedures, and client care.
• Provides Leadership support and guidance to operations with issues or vacancies by implementing standard processes.
• Establishes relationships between operations and the Executive Leadership Team.
• Assesses processes and performance.
• Deploys Core Team resources to support operations.
• Assists with process implementation to improve performance goals.
• Supports Branch Manager vacancies.
• Ensures each service site develops and implements recruitment/retention plans with HR and Talent Acquisition.

Overview

The Executive Director is responsible for leading and optimizing all company operations under their supervision, making a meaningful impact on the quality of care we provide to our clients. The Executive Director is responsible for the implementation of Company Policies and Procedures, Strategic Plan, and Quality Assurance Initiatives. Will also drive financial performance through superior service delivery and exceptional client outcomes recognized by both external and internal stakeholders. The Executive Director will provide leadership support and tools to operations to meet established goals. The Executive Director acts as a liaison with government officials and provider associations and will function as a liaison between operations and the Leadership Team.

Reviews Operation's performance/support needs with Executive Management

• Analyzes Operations and Branch Staff for alignment with, and promotion of BrightSpring's vision, mission, and values
• Responsible for leading all operations under their supervision to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring the highest standards of client care and employee satisfaction
• Responsible for evaluating and implementing corrective action plans to improve the financial performace of each operation that is not meeting it's financial targets
• Participates in the development of annual budgets and operational plans
• Provides operations with leadership support and tools to meet established goals
• Builds business and increases client census to meet/exceed goals, expanding our ability to serve more families in our community
• Reviews Sales Plans and consult with the Corporate Sales Team regarding implementation strategies
• Responsible for evaluating potential growth opportunities through expanding services
• Coordinates training for staff on systems, standard processes, company policies, procedures, and best practices in client care to support professional development
• Provides Leadership support and guidance to operations experiencing performance issues and/or administrative vacancies by implementing standard processes to improve service delivery and outcomes
• Establishes relationships and function as a liaison between operations and the Executive Leadership Team
• Assesses processes and performance
• Effectively leads and deploys the resource of the Core Team (QAM, HRS, etc) as required to support operations
• Assists with process implementation geared to improve performance goals
• Provides Support and Supervision to Operation's with Branch Manager vacancies
• Ensures each service site develops and fully implements a targeted recruitment and retention plan by partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition
• Other duties as assigned
