Job summary

You will supervise clinical leadership to meet state and federal quality standards, represent the organization locally, and drive marketing initiatives to expand patient reach. A valid driver’s license and two years of home care plus supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of home care experience with one year of supervisory experience.
• Alternatively, two years of high level management experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare.
• Associate degree in business or clinical field required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel decisions including hiring, professional development, and performance management for the care center team.
• Manage the full financial health of the facility, including budgeting and operational expenses.
• Supervise clinical leadership to ensure medical delivery meets all state and federal quality standards.
• Represent the organization within the local community and at professional healthcare associations.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and growth strategies to expand the facility footprint and patient reach.
• Ensure comprehensive orientation and ongoing training programs for all new and existing staff members.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives to identify trends and enhance patient outcomes.
• Direct daily staff assignments based on individual skill sets and patient needs.
