Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an Executive Director to lead and optimize all company operations across multiple Georgia locations. You will implement policies, strategic plans, and quality initiatives while driving financial performance through superior service delivery and client outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and experience in home care or healthcare. Occasional travel is expected to support operations and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in human services, business, or related field; MS preferred.
• Progressive operations, systems, processes, and people management experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and public speaking skills.
• Home care or healthcare experience is preferred; leadership path.
• Proficient with computers and standard office technology; regulatory knowledge.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% as needed.

Overview

The Executive Director is responsible for leading and optimizing all company operations under their supervision, making a meaningful impact on the quality of care we provide to our clients. The Executive Director is responsible for the implementation of Company Policies and Procedures, Strategic Plan, and Quality Assurance Initiatives. Will also drive financial performance through superior service delivery and exceptional client outcomes recognized by both external and internal stakeholders. The Executive Director will provide leadership support and tools to operations to meet established goals. The Executive Director acts as a liaison with government officials and provider associations and will function as a liaison between operations and the Leadership Team.

Reviews Operation's performance/support needs with Executive Management

• Analyzes Operations and Branch Staff for alignment with, and promotion of BrightSpring's vision, mission, and values
• Responsible for leading all operations under their supervision to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring the highest standards of client care and employee satisfaction
• Responsible for evaluating and implementing corrective action plans to improve the financial performace of each operation that is not meeting it's financial targets
• Participates in the development of annual budgets and operational plans
• Provides operations with leadership support and tools to meet established goals
• Builds business and increases client census to meet/exceed goals, expanding our ability to serve more families in our community
• Reviews Sales Plans and consult with the Corporate Sales Team regarding implementation strategies
• Responsible for evaluating potential growth opportunities through expanding services
• Coordinates training for staff on systems, standard processes, company policies, procedures, and best practices in client care to support professional development
• Provides Leadership support and guidance to operations experiencing performance issues and/or administrative vacancies by implementing standard processes to improve service delivery and outcomes
• Establishes relationships and function as a liaison between operations and the Executive Leadership Team
• Assesses processes and performance
• Effectively leads and deploys the resource of the Core Team (QAM, HRS, etc) as required to support operations
• Assists with process implementation geared to improve performance goals
• Provides Support and Supervision to Operation's with Branch Manager vacancies
• Ensures each service site develops and fully implements a targeted recruitment and retention plan by partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business or a related field; Master's Degree is preferred
• Three to five years or more of progressively responsible experience managing operations, systems, processes, and people in a healthcare or service-focused environment
• Three or more years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports
• Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills
• Experience in home care or related healthcare field strongly preferred - this role is ideal for experienced homecare professionals ready to advance into leadership
• Proficiency in technology and all Microsoft Office solutions
• Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations of the business (area) they are responsible for
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Proficiency with computers and modern office technology to support efficient operations and communication
• Ability to travel 25-50% or as needed
